1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any service provided on gggjili.xyz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2Eligibility and Age Requirements
To register and use gggjili, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
- You must be a resident or located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
- You must not be a restricted person as defined by gggjili's internal compliance procedures.
By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements. gggjili reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm a user's age, identity, or location. Accounts found to have been created by or on behalf of a person who does not meet eligibility requirements will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on gggjili. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. gggjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You agree to notify gggjili immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. You must not share your account with any other person or allow third parties to access it. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility.
gggjili employs standard encryption and session-handling practices to protect account data, but no system is entirely immune to security risks. Users are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to log out after each session, particularly on shared devices.
4User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a user of gggjili, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any unauthorised manner.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the platform.

5Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on gggjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There are no currency conversion fees for players transacting in PHP. gggjili supports selected local payment methods available in the Philippines; details are accessible after login via the Withdrawal and account sections.
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payment details submitted for deposits and withdrawal requests. gggjili is not liable for delays or errors caused by incorrect payment information provided by the user or by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to verification procedures including identity and payment confirmation checks. gggjili reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

6Limitation of Liability
gggjili provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uptime, accuracy, and security, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gggjili, its affiliates, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or service interruption.
gggjili does not guarantee any outcome in gaming, sports betting, or any other activity available on the platform. All games and betting outcomes involve risk, and participation is at the user's own discretion. Users acknowledge that gaming is entertainment and should not be treated as a source of income.
7Account Suspension and Closure
gggjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its discretion, particularly in cases involving suspected fraud, violations of these Terms and Conditions, regulatory requirements, or actions that may harm the platform or other users.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any eligible remaining balances will be processed in accordance with the platform's withdrawal procedures, provided the account is in good standing and no compliance holds apply.
Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be flagged for review in accordance with applicable data retention and dormancy policies. Users will be notified where feasible before any dormancy action is taken.
8Intellectual Property
All content available on gggjili.xyz, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, and software, is the intellectual property of gggjili or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any rights to sublicense, copy, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
The gggjili name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.
9Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
gggjili reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
